Shipping is free of charge and currently only deliverable within the Netherlands. The rocking chair is delivered to your home. Would you prefer it placed in another room or on another floor? This is possible for an additional fee of €99, for which we will send a payment request afterwards.
After your order, we will contact you within 2 working days, so it is important to leave a correct email address and phone number when ordering. Together we will plan a delivery date and time slot.
Is anything damaged on receipt? Let us know via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours and add the photos and an explanation.
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. The rocking chair must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
Returns are processed exclusively through us. The rocking chair will be collected from your home. The cost for this is €75 and will be deducted from the refund amount. Return requests can easily be made by stating your order number via WhatsApp, email or contact form.
Apply this for the longest possible enjoyment of your Vouxx rocking chair:
- For daily cleaning, use a slightly damp, clean cloth. Optionally with a mild soap such as ox gall soap.
- For stains: dab carefully with a damp cloth, without rubbing. By dabbing you prevent the fibres from being damaged or the stain from spreading.
- Avoid direct sunlight, this can cause discolouration. Do not place the chair directly against a heater or heat source.
- Always return the backrest and footrest to the seated position before standing up.
- Inspect the cord and adapter from time to time for visible damage and only use the chair with the adapter supplied by us.

1. Electrical System & Mechanism (2 years)
The heart of your VOUXX rocking chair consists of a high-quality, CE-certified electrical mechanism. We provide a 2-year warranty on the entire internal system (including motor, control buttons and power supply) under normal household use.
What is covered by this warranty?
• Manufacturing defects in the motor or electronic components.
• Defects in the controls.
• Technical failures in the mechanical frame.
2. Upholstery & Workmanship (1 year)
VOUXX finishing is done with carefully selected luxurious fabrics. We offer a 12-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects present at delivery, such as:
• Loose seams.
• Hidden weaving faults or irregularities in the fabric structure.
Important Conditions & Care
To be eligible for the warranty, the VOUXX must be correctly assembled and used exclusively for normal household use.
When does the warranty lapse or not apply?
• Use: Damage from overloading, unauthorised modifications or incorrect assembly.
• Wear: Normal signs of use, pilling of the fabric and natural wear from intensive use.
• External factors: Discolouration from prolonged exposure to sun- or artificial light (UV), moisture damage or stains.
• Care: Damage caused by the use of aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive substances.
Our Advice for a Long Lifespan
• Light exposure: Preferably do not place your VOUXX in direct sunlight to guarantee colour retention.
• Cleaning: Use only cleaning agents specifically suited to the fabric in question.
• Instructions: Always consult our care instructions to preserve your product.
Please note: Small variations in colour and structure are common with natural materials and are not considered defects.
