1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the website www.vouxx.nl between Vouxx and the consumer.
1.2 By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Vouxx reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. For agreements already concluded, the terms in force at the time of purchase remain applicable.

3. Offer and agreement
3.1 All offers on the website are without obligation and valid while stocks last.
3.2 An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the website and Vouxx sends a confirmation by email.
3.3 Vouxx reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are errors in pricing, product information or suspicions of misuse or fraud.
4. Prices and payments
4.1 All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise indicated).
4.2 Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website, including iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna and credit card.
4.3 The order is only processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received, unless a deferred payment method has been selected.
5. Delivery
5.1 Vouxx strives to dispatch orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same day.
5.2 The delivery time is indicative and depends on the courier service. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation.
5.3 Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer when placing the order.
6. Right of withdrawal and return policy
6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
6.2 The customer must submit a return request via the contact form on the website before items are returned.
6.3 The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
6.4 The costs of return shipping are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty and complaints
7.1 Vouxx guarantees that the products delivered meet the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
7.2 In the event of a defect or incorrectly delivered product, the customer must report this within 7 days of receipt via the contact form.
7.3 Vouxx will offer a suitable solution within a reasonable period, such as replacement, repair or refund.
8. Liability
8.1 Vouxx is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product or incorrect information provided by the customer.
8.2 Vouxx's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders and communicating with the customer.

10. Applicable law
10.1 Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements and disputes.
