1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded between Vouxx and the consumer via the website www.vouxx.nl.
1.2 By placing an order on the website, the customer declares that they agree to these general terms and conditions.
1.3 Vouxx reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Agreements already concluded remain subject to the terms and conditions that applied at the time of purchase.

3. Offer and agreement
3.1 All offers on the website are without obligation and are valid while stocks last.
3.2 An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the website and Vouxx sends a confirmation of this by email.
3.3 Vouxx reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of errors in pricing or product information, or suspected misuse or fraud.
4. Prices and payments
4.1 All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
4.2 Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website, including iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna and credit card.
4.3 The order is only processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received, unless a pay-later method has been chosen.
5. Delivery
5.1 Vouxx aims to ship orders placed before 16:00 on the same day.
5.2 The delivery time is indicative and depends on the delivery service. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation.
5.3 Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer with the order.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns policy
6.1 At Vouxx, the customer has a cooling-off period of 30 days after receipt of the order. The statutory cooling-off period of 14 days is included in this. The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within this period, and in any case within 14 days after receipt of the order, without giving any reason.
6.2 The customer notifies Vouxx of the withdrawal by email (info@vouxx.nl), via WhatsApp, via the contact form on the website or with the model withdrawal form ("Cancel the agreement") on the website, stating the order number, before any items are returned.
6.3 If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:
- handle the items already received and their packaging with care. You may only unpack or use those items (products) to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. If you handle the item in any other way, you are liable for any reduction in value of the item caused by this, unless Vouxx did not provide you with all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before or at the conclusion of the agreement;
- return the item (the product) to Vouxx within 14 days, counting from the day after the day on which you made the statement referred to in article 6.2. The direct costs of returning an item are for your account, but only if Vouxx informed you of this before the conclusion of the agreement;
- return the item as far as possible with all accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the instructions that Vouxx has reasonably and clearly provided to you.
6.4 After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
6.5 You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the web shop are for your own account. We will refund the amount owed within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order or you have shown that the product has been sent back.
6.6 The costs of return shipping are for the account of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
7. Warranty and complaints
7.1 Vouxx guarantees that the products delivered comply with the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
7.2 If a product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, the customer must report this via the contact form.
7.3 Vouxx will offer a suitable solution within a reasonable period, such as replacement, repair or refund.
7.4 Complaints. Something may always not go entirely as planned. We advise you to first make any complaints known to us by emailing info@vouxx.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
8. Liability
8.1 Vouxx is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product or incorrect information provided by the customer.
8.2 The total liability of Vouxx is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal data are used exclusively for processing orders and communicating with the customer.
9.2 Please consult the Privacy Statement on our website for more information about the processing of personal data.
10. Applicable law
10.1 All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
10.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
