Washing & care

The VOUXX Baby Carrier is ready to use straight away.

We recommend cleaning the baby carrier locally with a soft cloth and lukewarm water.

• Gentle wash cycle, cold.
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Lay the carrier flat to dry in the shade.
• Only use a mild liquid detergent.
• Iron at low temperature (do not iron over labels).
• Do not dry clean.
• Wash separately in the VOUXX wash bag.
• Close all fastenings properly before washing.
• Do not store in a damp environment.
• Do not leave wet in the washing machine; metal parts may oxidise.

Please note that colours may fade and textures may change with washing, especially with natural materials. VOUXX is not liable for colour loss caused by washing.

VOUXX Warranty Promise & Service

We offer a standard 1-year warranty on demonstrable material and manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

Our promise
Should there be a defect that is a direct result of a manufacturing or material fault (think of seams or buckles that fail to function properly under normal use), we will resolve it for you. Depending on the situation, at our own discretion, we will arrange a professional repair, a replacement or a (partial) refund.

Exceptions:
We want you to enjoy your VOUXX baby carrier for a long time. The warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by improper, unintended or very intensive use.
• Normal wear and tear consistent with the product's lifespan.
• Damage caused by external factors (such as drops, impacts or moisture damage).
• Modifications or repairs not carried out by VOUXX.
• Natural discolouration or changes in material texture due to use or washing.

To claim the warranty, the product must have been maintained according to the included VOUXX instructions.

Send us the following details:

1. Your order number (without a valid proof of purchase we cannot process your request).

2. A clear description of the defect.

3. Clear photos of the damage

Care & Maintenance:

A VOUXX diaper bag is more than an accessory; it is an investment in style and convenience that accompanies you every day. Our bags are crafted from premium microfiber vegan leather and high-quality nylon. A little attention will benefit their durability.

Cleaning
Our materials are selected for durability, but appreciate a gentle approach:
• The daily refresh: Easily remove dust and light dirt with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Deeper cleaning: For stubborn stains you can use a mild soap solution. Rub gently with a soft cloth and immediately dab the bag dry with a clean towel.
• Lining & Details: The wipeable lining makes cleaning up small accidents inside very easy. Wipe the metal zippers occasionally to maintain their shine.

Storage
• Conditioning: Although our vegan leather requires little maintenance, you can treat the material once a year with a colourless conditioner specifically for microfiber leather for a continued supple texture.
• Storage: Use the included dustbag when you're not using the bag for a while. Store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Shape: Fill your bag during storage with soft material (such as tissue paper or fabric) to maintain its elegant, original shape.

Your VOUXX bag comes with a 1-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Think stitching, zippers and buckles that fail under normal use.

Wear from intensive use, stains from liquids or damage from sharp objects fall outside the warranty, but we are always happy to think along with you for the best solution.

To protect the integrity of the materials, please avoid the following:

• Do not tumble dry
• Do not machine wash
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean
• Avoid contact with alcohol and other chemical liquids
• Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces
