1. The Baby Carriers

From what age is the baby carrier suitable and up to how many kilos? Our baby carriers are ergonomically designed and grow with your little one. They are suitable from birth up to a weight of 16 kg (an average of 4 years).

In which positions can I carry my child? The baby carrier offers 3 different ergonomic carrying positions, so you can always choose the most comfortable posture for you and your baby.

Are the baby carriers safe and tested? Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Our baby carriers have been extensively tested and certified to the official CEN/TR 16512 standard.

Are the materials safe? Yes, which is why we only use natural materials such as high-quality cotton and linen. The baby carriers are also produced sustainably in the Netherlands.

What clothing size should I be for the baby carrier? Our baby carriers are highly adjustable and fit almost everyone. They are suitable for wearers in sizes XXS through XXL.

How is it best to care for/wash the baby carrier? The baby carrier is washable, but to preserve its quality as long as possible, we advise treating stains locally first with a damp cloth. Does it still need to go in the machine? Then use the included wash bag and follow the washing instructions on the care label.

What do I receive with my baby carrier order? With the purchase of a baby carrier you receive a complete package: an instruction booklet, a wash bag, a luxurious storage box and a water-repellent bag for on the go.

2. The Diaper Bags

What material are the diaper bags made of? Our diaper bags are made of high-quality vegan microfiber leather of a substantial thickness. This material is not only animal-friendly and durable, but also fully water-repellent. The bags are fitted with YKK zippers.

3. Bundle Discount & Offers

Do you offer a discount if I buy multiple products? Yes! We have a special bundle deal. If you buy a baby carrier and a diaper bag as a set, you immediately receive €40 off your order. You can combine the colours and models yourself.

4. Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs? In the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free on orders over €100. For orders below this amount or to other EU countries (where the Euro is the currency) and Scandinavia, shipping costs are €9.95.

When will my order be shipped? Order on a working day before 4:00 PM? Then your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Which countries do you ship to? We deliver to all countries within the EU where payment is made in euros, and to Scandinavia.

5. Warranty & Returns

How long is the warranty? Both our baby carriers and diaper bags come with a 1-year warranty.

What is the return period? Not entirely satisfied? You can return your product up to 14 days after receipt.

Electric Rocking Chair

1. Product Information & Features

Is the chair fully electric? The chair is electrically adjustable for the reclining position and footrest. The rocking motion you enjoy at your own pace. In addition, the chair can rotate 360 degrees on its axis.

Which connections does the chair have? The VOUXX rocking chair is equipped with both a USB-A and USB-C connection in the armrest. Ideal for charging your phone or an electric breast pump while feeding or relaxing.

What material is the chair made of? The chair is upholstered in our premium teddy bouclé: a wonderfully soft and luxurious fabric that lasts for years. The seat cushion is filled with high-quality HR cold foam for optimal comfort.

What are the dimensions?

• Standard: 76 x 92 x 104 cm

• Length in full reclining position: ± 160 cm

2. Delivery & Shipping rocking chair

Where do you deliver the rocking chair? The rocking chair is currently only deliverable within the Netherlands.

What are the delivery costs? Standard home delivery (to over the doorstep) is completely free.

Can the chair be brought to a specific floor? Yes, this is possible. If you would like the chair placed in another room or on another floor, there is an additional charge of €99. This amount is paid afterwards via a payment request.

How does the delivery process work? After your order we will contact you within 2 working days via the email address or phone number provided. Together we will plan a final delivery date and time slot.

3. Care & Use

• Safety: Always return the backrest and footrest fully to the seated position before standing up.

• Location: Do not place the chair in direct sunlight or directly against a heater to prevent discolouration and damage.

• Cleaning:

For daily cleaning, use a slightly damp, clean cloth. Optionally with a mild soap such as ox gall soap.
For stains: dab carefully with a damp cloth, without rubbing. By dabbing you prevent the fibres from being damaged or the stain from spreading.

• Power: Only use the supplied adapter and inspect the cord regularly.

4. Warranty & Returns

How long is the warranty?

• 2-year warranty on the electrical system and mechanism (motor, controls, frame).

• 1-year warranty on upholstery and manufacturing defects (such as seams).

What is the return period? You can return the chair within 14 days of delivery. The chair must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.

How does the return process work and what are the costs? We collect the chair from your home. The cost for this collection service is €75 and will be deducted from the refund amount. You can request a return via WhatsApp (0638291919) or email (info@vouxx.nl), stating your order number.

What should I do in case of damage on receipt? Is something damaged during transport? Please report this within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. Add clear photos and an explanation, so we can resolve this for you right away.
