1. The Baby Carriers

From what age is the baby carrier suitable and up to how many kilos? Our baby carriers are ergonomically designed and grow with your little one. They are suitable from birth up to a weight of 16 kg (on average 4 years).

In which positions can I carry my baby? The baby carrier offers 3 different ergonomic carrying positions, so you can always choose the most comfortable position for you and your baby.

Are the baby carriers safe and tested? Absolutely. Safety comes first for us. Our baby carriers have been extensively tested and certified according to the official CEN/TR 16512 standard.

Are the materials safe? Yes, which is why we only use natural materials such as high-quality cotton and linen. The baby carriers are also produced sustainably in the Netherlands.

Which clothing size do I need for the baby carrier? Our baby carriers are highly adjustable and fit almost everyone. They are suitable for wearers in sizes XXS to XXL.

How do I best care for/wash the baby carrier? The baby carrier is washable, but to preserve its quality as long as possible, we recommend first cleaning stains locally with a damp cloth. Does it need to go in the machine after all? Then use the laundry bag supplied and follow the washing instructions on the care label.

What do I receive when I order a baby carrier? When you buy a baby carrier you receive a complete package: an instruction booklet, a laundry bag, a luxury storage box and a water-repellent bag for on the go.

2. The Diaper Bags

What material are the diaper bags made of? Our diaper bags are made of high-quality vegan microfibre leather of a quality thickness. This material is not only animal-friendly and durable, but also fully water-repellent. The bags have YKK zips.

3. Bundle Discount & Promotions

Do you offer a discount if I buy several products? Yes! We have a special bundle deal. If you buy a baby carrier and a diaper bag as a set, you immediately receive €40 off your order. You can combine the colours and models yourself.

4. Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs? In the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders below this amount or to other EU countries (where the euro is the currency) and Scandinavia, the shipping costs are €9.95.

When will my order be shipped? Do you order on a business day before 16:00? Then your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Which countries do you ship to? We deliver to all countries within the EU where the euro is used, and to Scandinavia.

5. Warranty & Returns

How long is the warranty? Both our baby carriers and our diaper bags come with a 1-year warranty.

What is the return period? Not entirely satisfied? You can return your product up to 30 days after receipt.

Electric Rocking Chair

1. Product Information & Features

Is the chair fully electric? The chair is electrically adjustable for the reclining position and the footrest. You do the rocking yourself, at your own pace. In addition, the chair can rotate 360 degrees.

What connections does the chair have? The VOUXX rocking chair has both a USB-A and a USB-C port in the armrest. Ideal for charging your phone or an electric breast pump while feeding or relaxing.

What material is the chair made of? The chair is upholstered in our premium teddy bouclé: a wonderfully soft and luxurious fabric that lasts for years. The seat cushion is filled with high-quality HR cold foam for optimal comfort.

What are the dimensions?

• Standard: 76 x 92 x 104 cm

• Length in fully reclined position: ± 160 cm

2. Delivery & Shipping of the rocking chair

Where do you deliver the rocking chair? The rocking chair is currently only available for delivery in the Netherlands.

What are the delivery costs? Standard home delivery (to just over the threshold) is completely free.

Can the chair be taken to a specific floor? Yes, that is possible. If you would like the chair placed in another spot or on another floor in your home, an extra charge of €99 applies. This amount is paid afterwards via a payment request.

How does the delivery process work? After your order we will contact you within 2 business days via the email address or telephone number provided. Together we will schedule a final delivery date and a time indication.

3. Care & Use

• Safety: Always return the backrest and footrest fully to the sitting position before getting up.

• Location: Do not place the chair in direct sunlight or directly against a radiator, to prevent discolouration and damage.

• Cleaning:

For daily cleaning, use a slightly damp, clean cloth. If desired, with a mild soap such as ox-gall soap.
For stains: dab gently with a damp cloth, without rubbing. Dabbing prevents the fibres from being damaged or the stain from spreading.

• Power: Only use the adapter supplied and inspect the cable regularly.

4. Warranty & Returns

How long is the warranty?

• 2-year warranty on the electrical system and mechanism (motor, controls, frame).

• 1-year warranty on the upholstery and manufacturing defects (such as seams).

What is the return period? You can return the chair within 30 days after delivery; the statutory 14 days are included in this. Keep the packaging and handle the chair with care: if the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value.

How does the return process work and what are the costs? We collect the chair from your home. The costs for this collection service are €75 and are deducted from the amount to be refunded. You can request a return via WhatsApp (0638291919) or email (info@vouxx.nl), stating your order number.

What should I do if something is damaged on receipt? Was something damaged during transport? Then please report this within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. Include clear photos and an explanation, so that we can resolve this for you straight away.
