Returns
At Vouxx you have a cooling-off period of 30 days after receiving your order; the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days is included in this. Within that period you can return products without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day you received your order. You can also formally withdraw using the form "Cancel the agreement" on our website.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Returns are only accepted if they have been registered in advance via the contact form, email, WhatsApp or the form "Cancel the agreement". Please state your order number.
If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the value of the product. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is packed well when you return it.
Return the product as far as possible with all accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging (such as the storage bag, the laundry bag, the instruction booklet and the gift box).
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. Always keep the track and trace code as proof of delivery.
3. Costs of return shipping
The costs of returning the product are for the account of the customer, unless the item delivered by Vouxx is incorrect or defective. Always keep the track and trace code as proof of delivery.
4. Refund
You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the web shop are for your own account. We will refund the amount owed within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order or you have shown that the product has been sent back. The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards (these also cannot be exchanged for cash).
6. How to return a product
Submit a return request via email, WhatsApp, the contact form or the form "Cancel the agreement" on www.vouxx.nl.
Wait for our reply with further instructions.
Pack the product completely and carefully and include the packing slip or order confirmation showing your order number.
Send the parcel to the return address provided within 14 days after your return notification.
7. Returning the rocking chair
Returns are possible within 30 days after delivery; the statutory 14 days are included in this. Keep the packaging and handle the chair with care: if the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value.
Returns are handled exclusively by us. The rocking chair is collected from your home. The costs for this are €75 and are deducted from the amount to be refunded. You can easily request a return, stating your order number, via WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
Right of withdrawal
By law you have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason; at Vouxx you have 30 days. If you wish to use this right, you can fill in our model withdrawal form (also online via "Cancel the agreement"), or simply register your return by email or WhatsApp. You can find more details in our general terms and conditions.
