Returns

At Vouxx, you can return products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The return period begins on the day you received your order.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be complete, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted if they have been registered in advance via the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

  • The return shipment must be sent within 7 days of approval of the request. Always keep your track and trace as proof of delivery.

3. Return shipping costs

The costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless it concerns an incorrect or defective item supplied by Vouxx. Always keep your track and trace as proof of delivery.

4. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that for hygiene reasons cannot be resold (such as used baby carriers or bags).

  • Items damaged by improper use or careless handling.

6. How to return a product

  1. Submit a return request via email, WhatsApp or the contact form on www.vouxx.nl.

  2. Wait for our reply with further instructions.

  3. Pack the product completely and carefully, and include the packing slip or order confirmation with your order number on it.

  4. Send the parcel to the specified return address.

7. Returning the rocking chair

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. The rocking chair must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.

Returns are processed exclusively through us. The rocking chair will be collected from your home. The cost for this is €75 and will be deducted from the refund amount. Return requests can easily be made by stating your order number via WhatsApp, email or contact form.
