Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Warranty

VOUXX offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all baby carriers and diaper bags against material and production defects under normal use.

What is covered by the warranty?

Seams coming loose under normal use
Defects in buckles, zippers and fasteners
Production defects in fabric or lining

What is not covered by the warranty?

Wear from normal use
Damage caused by improper use, accident or incorrect care
Damage caused by washing at too high a temperature or in a tumble dryer

Care

De VOUXX draagzak is direct gebruiksklaar. Voor dagelijks onderhoud raden we aan de draagzak plaatselijk schoon te maken met een zachte doek en lauw water.

Wasvoorschrift

• Fijn wasprogramma op koud

• Gebruik geen bleekmiddel of wasverzachter

• Niet in de droger

• Plat neerleggen om te drogen, in de schaduw

• Gebruik uitsluitend een mild vloeibaar wasmiddel

• Lauw strijken - niet over de labels strijken

• Niet chemisch reinigen

Tips

• Was de draagzak apart in de bijgeleverde VOUXX waszak

• Sluit alle gespen en sluitingen goed vóór het wassen

• Niet opbergen in een vochtige omgeving

• Laat de draagzak nooit nat achter in de wasmachine - metalen onderdelen kunnen oxideren

Houd er rekening mee dat kleuren kunnen vervagen en texturen kunnen veranderen na het wassen, zeker bij natuurlijke materialen. VOUXX is niet aansprakelijk voor kleurverlies door het wassen.

Adjust the straps whenever someone else takes over the carrier

From what age can I use a VOUXX baby carrier?

Our carriers are suitable from 3.5 kg (around 3 months) up to 16 kg (around 3 years). The ergonomic design supports your baby's natural M-position hips and grows with your child.

How do I know if the carrier fits correctly?

Your baby's face should always be free and within kissing distance. The knees should sit higher than the bottom (M-position) and the back must be fully supported. When in doubt, email info@vouxx.nl for advice.

What's included in the package?

Every VOUXX carrier comes with a water-repellent storage bag, a cotton wash bag, a premium gift box and the instruction and care booklet — ready to give as a gift.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium: €4.95 — free from €100. Other EU countries: €9.95. Orders placed before 16:00 ship the same day from the Netherlands.

Can I return the product?

Yes, you can return within 14 days of receipt — notify us via email or WhatsApp. The product must be complete, unused and in its original packaging. The return must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

How do I wash the carrier?

Wash on a delicate cycle on cold, use no bleach or fabric softener, and never tumble dry. Lay flat to dry, in the shade. Always use the included VOUXX wash bag.

Is the carrier safe and certified?

All VOUXX baby carriers are designed and tested to the European safety standard EN 13209-2 for soft baby carriers. They are handmade in the Netherlands so we can personally check every product for quality.
