At Vouxx we strive to make the payment process as simple and secure as possible for all our customers.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

iDEAL – for fast and secure payments via your own bank.
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
PayPal
Klarna (pay later) – so you can first receive your order and then pay.
Bancontact – for our Belgian customers.

Payment security

All payments are processed via secure payment platforms. We do not store any credit card or bank details. Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

Payment confirmation

After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email. As soon as the payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Pay later (Klarna)

When you choose Klarna Pay Later, you will receive a payment overview from Klarna. You have 14 days to complete your payment. Please note: this option is subject to Klarna's approval.

Errors or issues during payment
